Meetings of the South Canterbury District Health Board and its committees are open to the public to observe. Agendas and reports are available for inspection from 8:30 am 48 hours prior to the respective meeting in the SCDHB Administration Building, High Street, Timaru, via the personal assistant to the CEO. Draft meeting minutes normally will be available for inspection at the above address seven days after the meeting date.
From time to time SCDHB will hold public meetings to provide information or seek community input into topical or high priority issues. These will be advertised in other media, as well as on this website.
